A TRANSCENDÊNCIA DO EGO

Resumo

O objetivo desse ensaio é examinar as possíveis relações entre subjetividade e narrabilidade em Sartre utilizando como mediação a noção de transcendência do ego. Trata-se de uma tentativa de pôr em paralelo o processo de constituição do ego como instância psíquica objetiva e as possibilidades narrativas de elucidação da subjetividade no curso de uma auto-compreensão existencial, associando para tanto as leituras de "A Transcendência do Ego" e "A Náusea". Procurar-se-á, nos cruzamentos do texto teórico com o romance, obter elementos que permitam uma passagem das análises de psicologia fenomenológica para a elucidação da existência histórica nos moldes de uma fenomenologia narrativa.

Abstract: This essay aims to analyze the possible relationships between subjectivity and narration in Sartre using as the notion of the transcendence of the ego as a mediation. It is an attempt to paraIlel the formation process of the ego as a psychological and objective instance and the narrative possibilities of the elucidation of subjectivity throughout an existential self-understanding associating both the works "The Transcendence of the Ego" and "Nausea". What is intended, in cross referencing the theoretical text with the novel, is the acquisition of elements which wilI permit the passage from the anaIysis of phenomenological psychology to the elucidation of the historical existence of the molds of a phenomenological narrative.
