A herança kantiana da concepção hegeliana do Direito e da Moral. Este artigo aborda a herança kantiana na concepção hegeliana do Direito e da Moral. Em primeiro lugar, é investigado a base comum, sobre a qual eles formulam suas próprias teorias. Em segundo lugar, ele apresenta a crítica de Hegel ao modo como Kant vincula as esferas juridica e moral. Esta crítica é baseada na dinâmica ou no movimento da vontade, a qual (o qual), segundo Hegel, foi negligenciada(o) por Kant. Finalmente, a alternativa hegeliana é discutida.
Summary: Kant's lleritage in Hegel's theory of Right mil! Morality. This article deals with Kant's heritage in Hegel's theory of Right and Morality. First, it concern the common base on which they develop their own theories. Secondly, it shows Hegel's criticism of the way Kant connects both spheres, the legal one and the moral one. This criticism is based on the dynamics or movement of the will, which was, according to Hegel, neglected by Kant. Finally, Hegel's theoretical alternative is discussed.
