Abstract
The time is of freedom for women. The woman, is not born, she becomes to be, says Simone de Beauvoir in his Le Deuxie sexe. This seems to be the will of God and of man. Vatican II realizes a signal of the times in this fact that the woman REQUESTS the same rights as man.
