UM CRISTIANISMO INÉDITO?

Résumé

Numa primeira parte este artigo oferece aos leitores uma síntese da obra de Charles Taylor intitulada “A era secular”, fiel à seqüência das partes do livro expostas pelo autor e ressaltando o que nos pareceu mais digno de nota. Numa segunda parte apresentamos uma reação pessoal à leitura desta importante obra. Aí aparece como as reflexões de Taylor incidem fortemente em algumas áreas da teologia e questionam seriamente o cristianismo convencional.

ABSTRACT: The articleÂ’s first part offers to the readers a synthesis of Charles Taylor's  ”A secular” era” according to the bookÂ’s topics presented by the author highlighting what is important to note. In the second part we introduce a personal response to this important work. There appears how TaylorÂ’s reflections strongly involve some areas of Theology and raise serious questions about the conventional Christianity.
