Generation and Salvation: Lessons from Nicaea

On the occasion of the celebration of the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea, theology is challenged to reflect on this important event that influenced its historical course. This text aims to take a perspective to reflect on the Nicene Creed, seeking to reflect on the point of the eternal generation of the Son and seeing how this affirmation of faith impacts society and the Church today.
